Semen Cryopreservation is a fancy way of saying that a doctor is going to freeze your sperm. Men use semen cryopreservation for a number of different reasons including an instance when you wish to use your sperm at a later date or even if you are getting a vasectomy but would still like to have the option of having children. With advances in today’s technology a semen sample can successfully be frozen for over 15 years.
